🏠 Another Hail-Damaged Duplex Restored! ⛈️

We recently completed this beautiful duplex after it suffered hail damage. From helping our customer navigate the insurance claim process to completing the exterior repairs, Gen Ex Construction was there every step of the way!

For this project, we:
🔨 Replaced the damaged roof with Owens Corning TruDef Duration® asphalt shingles in Driftwood
💧 Replaced the gutter system with custom-bent 5" seamless aluminum gutters in Pebblestone Clay

🏠 BIG PROJECT UPDATE! 🏠

We’re making some serious progress on a large multifamily roofing project in Waukesha, WI! 💪🔨

This project includes TWO buildings totaling approximately 32,000 square feet of concrete tile roofing.

The existing roofs were covered with concrete tile, and as you can see from the photo, removing that tile is no small task! Each piece has to be carefully removed, making this a tedious and time-consuming part of the project — but our crew is up for the challenge! 💪

Once the existing tile is removed, we’ll be installing Owens Corning TruDef Duration® asphalt shingles in Brownwood, giving these buildings a fresh new look while providing a durable roofing system for years to come.

And we’re not stopping at the roofs! We’ll also be replacing the gutters on both buildings to complete the exterior upgrade. 👌
