Checking the a/c line is a must. We found the Freon line to be touching the decking. We cut a notch to tuck it away and out of nail reach.
The alternative is Russian Roulette! A punctured line costs about $1500 to fix. This cost $30 labor.

This restoration part is easy. Dealing with Allstate is easier than that after being an adjuster for 20 yrs.
