Employee Spotlight: Ricardo Adame, General Superintendent

Ricardo joined Bedrock this Spring and brings a wealth of knowledge to the construction team. His career started as a residential nursery worker that led him to develop his own landscaping company, which he operated for almost 20 years. Ricardo joined Bedrock to be the leader for our field personnel and excels in quality installations, safety, training and communication across every facet of the landscaping world.

Outside of work, Ricardo enjoys spending time/traveling with his wife Beatric. You can usually find them doing something outdoors like fishing, hiking or cooking BBQ for their family/friends.

Thank you for everything so far, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds as we continue to grow with such a great team!

Bringing this large multifamily development in McKinney, TX, to life!

As landscape installation nears completion, Bedrock Landscaping is proud to have collaborated with the owner and architect to refine the design, maximize value, and stay within budget—all while partnering with RPMx Construction on earthwork and hardscape.

A great team effort from start to finish! We look forward to seeing the finished product and transitioning into ongoing landscape maintenance.

On a golf course, the details are the experience. ⛳

Every edge, every bed line, every transition from rough to fairway gets noticed — by members, by guests, and by the superintendents who hold their properties to a higher standard than almost anyone.

At Bedrock Landscaping, we’re proud to partner with some of the top golf courses in DFW on both ongoing maintenance and enhancement projects. That work doesn’t go to whoever happens to be available that day. We have crews dedicated specifically to high-end properties — teams trained to work around play, respect the course’s agronomy, and deliver the meticulous finish these clubs expect.

What that looks like on the ground:
🌿 Crisp, consistent bed edges and clean transitions
🌸 Seasonal color and planting enhancements around clubhouses, entries, and tee boxes
🪨 Hardscape, drainage, and landscape upgrades that hold up to heavy traffic
📋 Reliable scheduling built around tee times and tournament calendars
When your property is the first impression for every round played, “close enough” isn’t good enough. That’s exactly the standard our golf crews are built for.

If you manage a course or club in DFW and want a partner who sweats the small stuff, let’s talk. 👇

We had an amazing time at the 30th Annual IREM Dallas Golf Tournament! ⛳

This year’s theme, “Nightmare on the Fairway: The IREM Dallas Par-anormal Property Classic,” made the experience even more memorable! 🎃

Bedrock Landscaping was proud to be part of the event, both with our foursome on the course and as a sponsor of the 17th hole.

A great day filled with golf, great connections, and unforgettable moments!

A special thank you to IREM Dallas and the IREM Golf Committee, led by Kerri Walters of Transwestern, for organizing such a fantastic event. We truly enjoyed being part of it!

Employee Spotlight: Brandon Spence, Irrigation Manager

Brandon joined Bedrock just nine months ago and has already made a big impact. As our Irrigation Manager, he leads a team of irrigation technicians through contracted inspections and repairs every day. He knows irrigation inside and out, and when a problem doesn’t have an easy answer, he finds a creative one.

This summer put that to the test: more than 40 days over 100 degrees and extreme drought. Brandon and his team kept the water flowing, and his practical, real-world fixes kept our clients and their landscapes healthy the whole way through.

Brandon, thank you for the long days and hard work you’ve put in for Bedrock. We’re lucky to have you!
