🏠 Another Leak Repaired & Home Restored! 🛠️

This customer reached out to us after experiencing a leak in their home. To properly address the issue, we carefully removed the clay tiles to replace the damaged decking and installed a leak barrier for added protection.

We also repaired the soffit, then caulked and painted everything to leave it looking good as new! 🙌

While we were there, we noticed some cracks in the concrete along the lower portion of the home and were able to patch those up for the customer as well.

Noteworthy fact: A homeowner had one insurance policy for a year, then switched to a different insurer the following year. When they needed a new roof, they were concerned about potential denial from the new insurance provider. This is where the expertise of a roofing professional proved invaluable. We successfully obtained approval and payment from the homeowner's previous insurance, as the claim fell within the policy's term. The homeowner only had to pay their deductible out of pocket. We upgraded the roof with a Class 3 impact-resistant shingle, which will result in a 30% reduction in the homeowner's insurance premium. Upon removal of the old roof, we discovered multiple areas of rotten wood and made several necessary repairs to eliminate the leaks that occurred during rainfall. Future projects will include pressure washing and staining the entire fence and deck, painting the fireplace, and installing a new chimney cap.

Before & After.. We revitalized the appearance of this fence and pergola, and also constructed a small privacy wall on one side of the yard at the customer's request. The renovation was completed just in time for summer entertaining!

Before and After Transformation: Redesigned plumbing in master bathroom and guest bathroom. The guest restroom, previously utilized for storage and devoid of functioning plumbing, now boasts a tub and new vanity. We removed all carpeting throughout the house and stairs, replacing it with wood flooring. Additionally, new baseboards and paint were installed. Further enhancements include added insulation, replacement of broken windows, and brand new gutters. Another satisfied homeowner!

A quick before and after on this home remodel project we are undertaking. Before, this homeowner had a non-functional bathroom that had become a storage space.
