Couple upgrades to this master bath today. New multi color Function exhaust fan with higher CFM for extra moisture removal while lowering Sones (noise level) !

Another new roof going on today this one in Sherman.
Believe it or not this roof has 3 layers of shingles , there are so many reasons this is a bad idea.
Today we will be stripping down to the decking for the first time in many years, likely replacing a lot of damage and then restoring it with a brand new roof!!
