Customer called and there was water on the floor. Found that the tank had a small hole in it and when it was being used it expanded and leaked. The old water heater was 18 years old but we got them taken care of with a new 50gal AO Smith. If you got a water heater that needs to be replaced, give us a shout!

Not a bad Job! Took out a water softener and they wanted it replaced with a conditioner instead. The old circulating pump was just sitting on the floor so we got that replaced and raised. They had the wrong size expansion tank for the water heaters and it was about 30’ away so we moved it closer and upsized it. We also replaced the failing PRV while we had the water off. If you need any help with your plumbing issues give us a shout!!
