Earles Engineering & Inspection, Inc., was formed by Peter W. Earles, P.E. Earles had been a partner in Earles & Riggs, Engineers, Planners and Landscape Architects, since January 1992, engaging in the professional practice of civil and structural engineering, community and regional planning, and landscape architecture. In February of 2003 Mr. Earles took over the firm and renamed it Earles Engineering & Inspection, Inc. Then in March 2003, Earles Engineering & Inspection, Inc. expanded by acquiring an engineering and consulting firm in Liberal, Kansas. This expanded the company to sixteen personnel including three engineers, five construction inspectors, five engineering technicians, a land surveyor and two secretarial staff, as well as part time staff. In Jan 2009, the company became a minority women owned firm (WBE & MBE) as Aurelia Patricia Ramirez Ceberg purchased 55% of the firm. Aurelia is an attorney and former Minister of Economy of Guatemala and manages the financial and business development portion of the firm. Prior to formation of the firms, Mr. Earles had been a member for many years of the professional staff of several of the major mid-western professional design firms. As such, Mr. Earles has a record of extensive involvement with public and private projects of all types and sizes throughout the United States and abroad. Within these diverse professional capabilities, the firm has a primary orientation toward service to agencies of local, county and state government, but also numbers among its current clients a range of private developers and organizations. Included in the services provided are general civil and structural designs, as well as all aspects of land development. Supplementing the primary professional capabilities are wide ranges of adjunctive services including specialized drainage studies, environmental assessments, structural inspections, capital improvement programming, as well as grant applications and other similar considerations, which are often necessary for a full and complete project.
