We took a very outdated home and gave it a nice upgraded kitchen. Removing the paneling and adding some color to this home has brightened it up so much.

We expanded the kitchen 4 ft into the office. Removed double window and added new French door in the office.

Rewired for modern lighting and added more outlets. Installed these beautiful antique white cabinets with white granite tops that have gray, black and raspberry undertones.

We accented the tops with a rustic brick backsplash. We also installed new appliances including a dishwasher and over the range microwave.

Freshened it up even more with a lighter color floor that brings out the tone of the colors even more.

Wow! What a difference!

Here's another customer that waited patiently for me to give her what she was needing.

Ms. Christina wanted a pool deck for her new pool also.

She was willing to wait for a few months as well, for us to give her what she wanted. A nice 16 x 20 deck to enjoy those summer days on!

A project we finished up recently...

Ms. Jana Williams contacted me back in May, saying she was interested in getting a deck built for her new pool. She sent me pics of her ideas that she wanted for her deck. I assured her that I could give her exactly what she was wanting if she was willing to wait, because I was booked up for months. She waited over 4 months on me to get to her. This is the end result, and Ms. Williams is very pleased and ready to entertain and enjoy her new pool and deck for many years. Thank you Jana, for your patience and confidence in me to give you exactly what you had in your mind that you wanted. It's beautiful!

16 x 28 deck, with a 12 x 16 covered area with a bar, lights, fan and TV for entertaining.

Mr. Rhodes contacted me about a deck. He is confined to a wheelchair and had almost zero use of his back porch unless someone was with him, and limited use of his back yard.

He and I discussed his needs, and came up with the thought that he needed a big area on the back of his house and not have to even leave it to enjoy his back yard unless he wanted to.

The results are this beautiful 24 x 36 deck, and 52' of ramp with a landing as per ADA specs, so that he can push himself up and down as he pleases without fear of running off his porch, rolling away from the door, or getting tired while using the ramp.

We also changed the ceiling fans under covered area to brighter LED lights and added gutters,2 security lights, 2 oscillating fans, and receptacles on outer hand rail post.

We will stain this soon and it will provide him many years of service.

Pay will be discussed in person and based on knowledge.

Skills required:
Knowledge of framing, basic electrical, basic plumbing, painting, general knowledge of remodeling. Drywall, flooring, tile, roofing, etc... are a plus!

Transportation

Personal hand tools
Impact, drill/driver set
I will supply all other tools.

I was contacted by the owner when this home had the drywall hung and been sanded. We fixed the tray ceilings and drywall issues. Then we began to turn this into the beautiful home it is. Paint, waterproof laminate flooring, carpet, tile shower, soaker tub, vanities, all fixtures, fireplace, cabinets and trim! It was a job, but when we were done; WOW!

Here's another bathroom remodel that we did recently. Staying with the white subway tile and vintage mosaic, this bathroom was enlarged by 14 sq ft and went from a 32" shower to this gorgeous tile shower with sliding glass doorWe moved the toilet and added built in shelving, while finishing with a beautiful pedestal sink that gives this bath a spacious retro look!
