You never know what you might find during a remodel. This bathroom was mostly drywall repairs and paint but I removed the toilet because it was leaking around the wax seal.  The toilet fl**ge was never mounted to the floor, FYI the mess is just wax 😉. The urinal was also not properly mounted, when we removed it one of the mounting screws tip was rusted off so we removed the dry wall and found that somebody screwed it through a drain vent pipe. Since it was just vent pipe, we put an offset in it so that won’t happen again.

Tub is secured, drain is installed, valve is mounted, and the shower arm mount is on. Lasers sure do make these things easier!
