At 11:15am today we received information that there is a roof scammer from Aurora in the area of Old Lystra Road in Orange and Chatham County. Roof scammers are fraudulent contractors who exploit homeowners by offering "free inspections" after severe weather. They often invent or intentionally cause damage to file inflated insurance claims, demand large upfront deposits, or abandon projects, leaving you with poor work and legal liabilities.
