Happy 1-Year Anniversary, Luke!!! 🎉

One year ago, Luke joined the Poseidon Plumbing team, and what a year it has been!

When asked about his favorite memories, one story stood out. A customer had been without water for a week after a major water line break. The city had shut off the water, and the repair required digging nearly 9ft deep. Luke and another teammate worked late into the night, staying until 10pm to get her water restored. When the family realized they would be able to shower again, the gratitude was overwhelming. Moments like that remind us that plumbing is so much more than pipes, it's about people.

Luke also loves to tackle the tough jobs. Whether it's becoming our go-to guy for well systems or being the third or fourth plumber on a job and finally finding the solution when no other company could, he thrives on helping customers when they need it most.

Another one of Lukes favorite memories was a simple repair for a customer who just wanted the job done right. She later sent him a heartfelt thank you note, reminding us that even the smallest jobs can make a big difference in someone's life.

Luke, thank you for your hard work, dedication, problem solving skills, and the genuine care you show every customer. We're grateful to have you on the team and can't wait to see what year two brings!!

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. Memorial Day holds a special place in our hearts. We're incredibly grateful for those who served and gave everything for our country.

Today, we will be closed to reflect, remember, and spend time with family. We'll reopen with normal hours tomorrow.

If you've ever had to clear a shower drain, you KNOW! 👀

Hair might seem harmless, but once you mix in shampoos, conditioners, and all those shower products, it doesn't take long for things to turn into a slow-draining, smelly mess!

Good news though, we cleared the drain right on up and this shower is officially back in business! 💦🔧
