Stellar Repair and Maintenance has had a busy week, our recent projects have included: hanging window treatments, replacing outdoor motion sensing light fixtures, oven repair, replacing a broken trap on a bath tub drain (this particular drain was in a double wide mobile home, we do service mobile home plumbing and electric also!)

We have also been replacing over the range microwave ovens and repairing kitchen vent fans.

Do you have an entire house full of old faulty receptacles that are not grounded and switches that crackle when you turn them on? We just replaced about 60-70 of them in an entire 3000 plus square foot home that was full of them this past week.

Stellar Repair and Maintenance Services has been extremely busy lately, some of our recent projects have included garage door opener installation and repair, ceiling lighting fixture installation.

Did you know that we also repair appliances, this past week we have installed dishwashers and garbage disposals, and repaired a gas oven.

We have also helped a customer with a DIY bedroom installation in an unfinished basement. Althought the DIY you see on TV looks easy, it is often not. We recently wired a room, preframed by our customer with two 15 amp circuits, including numerous outlets and a ceiling light fixture that is now ready for the customer to finish his DIY project by installing his own drywall.

Time to think about those end of the season projects you've been putting off. There are many things to think about before the cold weather is upon us. Some of these include: cleaning gutters of large amounts of debris, trimming back any overgrown tree branches near your house that may be susceptible to falling if we get a significant snowfall, shutting off those non-freeze proof hose faucets to prevent freezing, take a good walk around your roof and look for any signs of possible damage/leaks or repairs that need done before the cold weather is upon us, and lastly if you happen to live in a mobile home be sure to check your heat tape as to be certain your pipes don't freeze in the coming winter.
