Crew Spotlight! Chad is our longest standing employee and has been with us pretty much since the beginning. He helps keep projects running smoothly and always has a way of making the customer happy. He has been an operator most of his life and it shows 💪

He says his favorite part about his job is working with his son and fellow co-workers. Outside of work, Chad operates a beef and grain farm with his family, so he understands the value in a hard day's work. He has been happily married for 34 years and has two sons (21 & 16).

Show Chad some appreciation next time you see him around - we couldn't do it without him!

One of our employees is a current student at Buckeye Career Student where he has been working full time with us for almost a year to gain hands-on industry experience before graduating from high school.

We recently attended his signing day event where he committed to staying with our company after graduation.

Tristian will be graduating this week! Congratulations on finishing school and good luck as you continue your career in construction! 🎓👷
