We’re making some serious progress on this one! Deck framing and decking are already complete, and roof framing is now in progress. You can really start to see the size and shape of this new outdoor living space coming together.

When finished, this project will feature a beautiful 3-season room paired with a new paver patio, completely transforming this backyard and giving the homeowners an incredible new space to relax, entertain, and enjoy the outdoors.

The structure is taking shape fast, but there’s still plenty more to come. Stay tuned as we continue bringing this transformation to life! 👀

Another Open Air Escapes transformation is COMPLETE! 🔨☀️

What started as an open deck has been transformed into a beautiful, functional outdoor living space the homeowners can enjoy for years to come!

The windows have officially arrived and are installed, putting the finishing touches on this gorgeous new 3-season room. We also installed a new sliding glass door, creating a seamless transition from the home into the new space.

From the composite decking and black railings to the vaulted ceiling, skylights, ceiling fan, expansive windows, and clean white finishes, every detail came together beautifully. The homeowners still have plenty of open deck space for grilling and relaxing, while gaining an incredible enclosed space to enjoy the outdoors with added comfort and protection from the elements.

We absolutely love how this one turned out! 🙌

🚨 BIG TRANSFORMATION UNDERWAY! 🚨

Another exciting project is officially underway for Open Air Escapes, and this one is going to be a complete backyard transformation!

The framing is taking shape for a massive 400 sq. ft. 3-season room that will give these homeowners an incredible new space to relax, entertain, and enjoy the outdoors in comfort throughout most of the year.

And we’re not stopping there… once the 3-season room comes together, a huge new patio will completely transform the surrounding outdoor space and tie the entire backyard together.

There’s a lot of work ahead, but these are the projects we love — taking an ordinary backyard and turning it into something completely different.

🔥 Another Open Air Escapes transformation is COMPLETE! 🏡✨

The wait was worth it! The custom windows finally arrived and are officially installed, putting the finishing touch on this beautiful 3-season room.

What started as an old deck is now a bright, comfortable outdoor living space surrounded by windows and incredible views of the backyard. We love how the large windows and upper transoms bring in tons of natural light while the finished ceiling, fan, composite flooring, trim, and exterior details make the entire room feel like a natural extension of the home.

This is exactly why we love building 3-season rooms — you still get that outdoor feeling, but with a comfortable, protected space to relax and enjoy for much more of the year. 🌳☀️

From demo and footers to framing, electrical, roofing, finishes, and finally the windows, it’s always rewarding to see the finished product come together.

What a transformation! We took an outdated walkway and turned it into a beautiful new paver entrance that not only looks incredible but also provides a durable, low-maintenance path for years to come.

From the new front step to the custom paver walkway wrapping around the home, every detail was carefully installed to enhance both function and curb appeal. We also tied everything together around the existing landscaping to give this home a clean, polished look.

🚧 New Project Kickoff! 🚧

We’re excited to get started on another outdoor transformation! Today was all about demolition, layout, and prep work as we begin installing a brand-new custom paver patio and walkway.

The old walkway is gone, the area has been excavated, and we’re getting everything properly graded and prepared to build a beautiful, long-lasting outdoor space. The foundation is where quality starts, and we never cut corners.

🔥 Another major milestone on this incredible backyard transformation! 🔥

This project is really starting to come together! The deck railing is now complete, giving the entire space a clean, modern look while tying everything together perfectly. The new covered 3-season room is taking shape, and we’re down to the final details.

Next up, we’ll be wrapping up a few remaining trim pieces, installing the electrical outlets and light fixtures, finishing the gutters, and then we’ll be waiting on the custom 3-track vinyl windows to arrive. Once those are installed, this space will transform into a beautiful 3-season room the homeowners can enjoy for years to come.

This backyard transformation is coming along beautifully! The skylights are now installed with automatic shades—be sure to check out the video to see them in action. The electrical rough-in is complete, the crew is making progress on the lattice and railings, and the shingles are currently being installed on the new 3-season room.

The new composite deck and black railing are already giving this project a sharp, finished look, and every new detail is bringing the entire outdoor living space together.

We still have more work ahead, but this one is really starting to show its full potential. Stay tuned for the next update!

The roof framing is almost complete, and you can already see how amazing this custom outdoor living space is going to be. The combination of this expansive composite deck and spacious 3-season room is creating a backyard that’s perfect for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying every season.

Up next, we’ll be installing the skylights, bringing in the electrician for rough-in, and then it’s time to start trimming everything out. That’s when this project will really come to life!
