Another Open Air Escapes project rolling right along! We couldn’t beat the heat but barely got ahead of the rain.

The deck is officially complete and this backyard transformation is already looking incredible. The custom privacy fence turned out beautiful and adds the perfect finishing touch for this future hot tub retreat.

Next up — the patio installation coming next week to tie the whole space together!

And check out that awesome new door 👀 First time installing one like this and it completely changed the look of the back of the home. Clean, modern, and perfect for this outdoor living setup. The functionality of it is insane!!

Progress update from another awesome Open Air Escapes project! 🔨🔥

The framing is officially underway and this backyard transformation is moving fast. What started as an empty space is quickly becoming a massive new outdoor living area built for entertaining, relaxing, and making memories.

This project will feature a huge custom deck, privacy fence, and a brand new patio area designed around the homeowner’s new hot tub. The crew is rolling right along and bringing this vision to life one step at a time! 💪🏽🏡

This project gave this home a complete outdoor living refresh! 🔥

We upgraded the entire front porch with fresh new decking, updated columns, clean trim details, new railings, and lattice to completely transform the curb appeal of this home.

Out back, we created an incredible entertainment space featuring a brand new paver patio, decorative rock walkway, and a custom covered patio structure that adds both shade and style to the backyard.

From the front entrance to the backyard retreat, every detail was designed to give these homeowners beautiful, low-maintenance outdoor spaces they can enjoy for years to come.

Another incredible transformation by Open Air Escapes! 🔥

This project started as a traditional screened porch, but the homeowners wanted a space they could truly enjoy year-round. We upgraded the entire space with beautiful casement windows and added a mini split system, turning this once seasonal porch into a fully habitable extension of the home.

The finished space is bright, comfortable, climate controlled, and feels completely connected to the outdoors while still offering protection from the elements. We even relocated their porch swing out into the yard to create a relaxing outdoor feature and allow for better use of the newly enclosed room.

From the custom trim details to the clean modern finishes, this space completely changed the way this home can be enjoyed!

From screened porch to a beautiful new 3 season room! 🔥

This wasn’t a brand new build — we transformed the customer’s existing screened porch by removing the old screens and railings and upgrading the space with sleek new 3-track vinyl windows for a clean, modern look with year-round usability.

Now this family can enjoy the outdoors with protection from the elements while still keeping that open-air feel and natural light. The black window framing paired with the freshly stained decking completely changed the look and feel of this space!

Big transformation underway by Open Air Escapes 🔨

This project is coming together in a big way! The front porch has been completely refreshed with brand new columns, composite decking, and updated railings, giving the home a clean, modern look while keeping that classic charm.

Out back, we’re currently building a new landing off the rear door, while the roof structure over the patio is already in progress.

Coming up next week: the full-length paver patio running the entire back of the house, which is going to completely transform this outdoor space into the ultimate setup for relaxing and entertaining.
