Another bed cleanup and redesign!

Took out 3 old bush stumps. Cultivated the entire bed….Hanover clay is no joke. New soil, plants, and triple shredded black mulch. Landscape lighting as well.

The City of Richmond was sending notices to my friends’s rental property for the bushes encroaching on the sidewalk. I know, I know….Like maybe there are more pressing issues the city should be concerned with….be that as it may, they were not salvageable. So I suggested to cut them down and mulch over the area.

Know your worth. People who haggle with you are most likely problem people. I’m not the cheapest, but like anything, you get what you pay for. You get great work, and open, honest communication.

The newest addition to our fleet: Stinger Equipment Pro-Aer 30! While this is a huge investment, it’s very important. In past years, we’ve always had to try to find rental equipment that isn’t taken good care of, and hope for the best, try to get all yards on the same page etc and it made for a very challenging situation. Then we had to manually walk and spread seed with a broadcast spreader which was time consuming and hard on the body day in and day out. Now we have premium equipment that will not only core plug aerate your lawn, but drop the seed in the core for perfect seed to soil contact! That means better value because you get better results and more efficiently!
