I got my start in the landscape industry working at my uncle's garden center,"DeSantis Garden Center" on Rt. 70 in Southampton, NJ. While working with my uncles, Steve and Dave DeSantis, I became passionate about continuing the family business. After graduating high school, I began working for Lipinski Landscape Inc. While working for Lipinski, I attended Cook College at Rutgers. At Cook College
I realized that I wanted to do more than basic landscaping. After leaving Rutgers I continued working for Lipinski where I furthered my education and conquered the green industry. I then became part of a new venture for Lipinski, landscape lighting! Bob Schmid took me under his wing and introduced me to my mentor, Bill Lockland. Bill Lockland, was the owner of Nightscaping, the inventor of the landscape lighting industry. Bill and I had a meeting and I saw the light! With his encouragement I went to Red Lands California and obtained an associates degree in Low Voltage Lighting Design, that's when I finally realized what I wanted to do with my life. I continued to work for Lipinski after returning from California, I made Lipinski a leader in the Landscape Lighting Industry. Not only did I help Lipinski grow as a company I also designed the Lipinski Lighter (the number one selling fixture in North America). This allowed me to develop my own product line. With Lipinski's sales averaging a million plus per year I pursued my own business with complete support from Lipinski. I continued to do lighting jobs for famous athletes and celebrities. What I do is a luxury not a necessity, however, I have continued to be successful even in these uncertain economic times. With 15 years experience, I look forward to helping you add security, brilliance, and curb appeal to your property.
