While building my business, I am building this page, a website, and possibly several construction projects simultaneously. Please, stop by again, and hopefully I will have more built into this page as time permits. To tell you a bit more of myself, I have include the following information. Knowing my trade is something I have learned from many of the great people I have had the pleasure t

o work along side with. Here are some of the companies I have worked for or with while developing my craft: Colorado Mountain Construction, Beck Const, Highland Design and Const, Whitewood Designs, Mangus Const, Tilton Const, Mnt Werner Realty, Stockdale Const, Greene and Company Reality. There are more Home owners I have worked with on my own, and if you would like a reference, please ask. Well it has been a natural growth step in developing a business. It provides the opportunity to work directly with Home Owners, instead of finding work through other contractors. What sets me apart form many contractors other than my experience, is that I still do much of the work required in a home construction project, instead of hiring sub-contractors to do the work for me. This means I am on site, while the project is going on, and I can make any adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion. Having learned start to finish home building as my trade, I have had the opportunity to do most aspects of new home construction. As a General Contractor, this gives me a great understanding of all the phases of a project and how they should come together to both save money as well as produce a quality product. Many times the proper materials and techniques are needed to accomplish this, and having cross trained in many aspects of fine home building the understanding of what works and what does not is one of my greatest skills that I add to being an all phase General Contractor. Providing answers and multiple solutions to problems I seek to find the remedy that fits both desire and price. Quick fixes may not be long term solution, and long term solution may not be the best use of funds for this reason consultation can be a great means to understanding what needs to be done. By working directly with Vendors, I get the best deal for you. Business is good and fruitful, with no need to advertise, I find it difficult to want to post photos of work that isn't singular or inspiring to a laborer of 27 yrs.
