Construction Tip: Make sure, before you allow somebody to do construction work around your house, that they give you a "Consumer Protection Notification." By law, all residential contractors are required to supply the consumer with one. It gives you the resources needed to make sure you are having a licensed & bonded contractor working on your biggest asset.
