Today we held our Annual Safety Review with our Medford team, bringing leadership together to review last year’s incidents, discuss lessons learned, and identify ways we can continue to improve jobsite safety across the company.
These conversations matter. By aligning expectations, introducing safer tools and practices, and encouraging open dialogue, we reinforce a culture where every employee goes home safe at the end of the day.
