We’re proud to celebrate Marc Hiatt's promotion to Project Executive at S+B James.

Marc brings more than 20 years of construction experience and a steady, solutions-focused approach to every project he leads. From preconstruction through closeout, he is known for building strong teams, managing risk, and keeping projects moving with accountability, communication, and care.

Marc’s leadership has contributed to more than $400 million in successful construction, including new University Student Housing, large-scale Hotels, major revitalization work in downtown Redding, and his current work on the Pit River Health Service Expansion & Renovation. This important project includes remodeling 8,300 square feet of existing clinic space and adding 14,000 square feet of new OSHPD-3 compliant space to help expand Medical, Dental, Behavioral Health, and Outreach services for the Tribe and the growing community.

Marc’s experience, commitment, and leadership continue to make a meaningful impact on our teams, our partners, and the communities we serve.

Rose Batignani has recently stepped into the role of Secretary for the Rogue Gallery and Art Center Board 🎉

Over the past year, she has contributed to both the Membership and Events Committees, helping support the vibrant community and creative initiatives that define the organization. She is also currently involved in planning the Immersive Art Gala this July—an exciting event that will showcase art in a dynamic and engaging way.
