Customer had a single hole kitchen faucet, but really wanted this 3-hole, Victorian style faucet with separate water dispenser. We drilled all the holes necessary in the marble countertop and installed both faucets. Installed a Cloud reverse osmosis system in the basement. Customer requested , so it would not take up any space under the kitchen cabinet.💡

Before & after pictures of a recent tub faucet replacement. We were able to “modernize” the old three handle faucet without getting involved with any tile work. No more dealing with changing washers, seats & stems. The new faucet has simply a cartridge that is pressure balancing. One of the best things about the new faucet is that it maintains the temperature within 1° if water is used somewhere else in the house. It senses the pressure drop and offers the same temperature. No more getting scolded in the shower or dealing with extreme temperature changes when other water is used in the house.

Perfect time of the year for schools to update their old, outdated drinking fountain.🏖️
This school now has chilled, water filtered and touchless bottle filling station. This unit we just installed even informs you of the number of 20 ounce plastic water bottles that are saved from waste.

This Customer had no outside clean out and not an easy place to drain clean from inside the house. We hand dug down 3 feet to access the 4” cast-iron sewer lateral. We installed a two directional clean out fitting. Backfilled by hand and even replanted what was disturbed. Customer now has a much easier way to Service the sewer lateral.  We can easily run a video camera or drain cleaning cables to service in the future.😎

Customer had a broken curb trap, and sewer lateral was overflowing into the street due to the disrupted flow. We excavated down and installed a new curb trap. Reconnected to existing 5 inch line. Everything is flowing good again and Customer is back in business.🚽
