For this transition it actually cost a small pot of gold which unfortunately was not found at the end of the rainbow.
Again with bad wiring and plumbing all renewed and brought up to code.

No before pics as it’s all new build. Finally getting pics up of this addition but the video is worth a watch. So many updates to this house. We rebuilt the house from the inside out.
All new siding,Windows,Roof,Floors, kitchen,bathroom, doors, trim and the list goes on.

Hard to see the change but it is significant. Shower was not waterproofed so leaked. No vents. Poor lighting and all the drains were on their last legs. Fresh new update in 7 days start to finish

3 days of fun. It really is great that customers trust us and let us do what we love to do. It’s not even like work anymore.
