This customers sewer in ROSE VALLEY was cracked through the foundation wall, allowing methane gas (sewer smell) to leak into the crawl space and filter through the basement ceilings. The sewer exited the house under the patio (AC) so we improvised and re routed the sewer line.

SEWER REPAIR
A 19’ deep main sewer line is next level. Working in an ally way in Westbrook Park doesn’t help any either. In this situation it was best to use all of our resources. Safety is more important than any job. We excavated 11’ deep replacing a section of soil pipe and installed a clean out. The broken terra cotta pipe 19’ deep and was repaired with a liner.
**Upon completion of work the homeowner received a Use and Occupancy permit for there home.

A bathroom with just a toilet is called a 1/3 bathroom. We added a sink to make it a true half bath. After 20 years of no sink, I was there for 3 hours, 💥 no problem. That’s what we do, we solve problems.
