Employee Spotlight: Dale Luteman
With 9 years at Pump Systems and 29 years of experience in the industry, Dale Luteman brings a tremendous amount of hands-on knowledge to his role as a Field Technician. Dale got his start in the industry with Pentair Water, and over the years has built the experience and expertise that make him an important part of our service team.
One of Dale’s favorite projects to work on is new wet wells, where his field experience and technical knowledge come together to help get a project up and running. What he enjoys most about Pump Systems, though, is the people — both the people he works for and the coworkers he works alongside. That team environment is a big part of what keeps Dale enjoying what he does after nearly three decades in the industry.
When he’s not working, Dale enjoys shooting pool, spending time at the range, and riding side-by-sides with friends. You’ll usually find country or old rock playing in the background, and his go-to energy boost is a Monster Energy drink. And if he could instantly master another skill? He’d pick up the guitar.
