PILLARS BUILDING GROUP IS HIRING
Lead Carpenter / Crew Leader

We’re looking for an experienced carpenter who takes pride in quality work, leadership, and professionalism.

This is not a production framing company and not a “throw it together and move on” environment. We care about craftsmanship, accountability, communication, and building projects the right way.

We are looking for someone who:
• Has solid carpentry and remodeling experience
• Can lead and train others
• Shows up consistently and communicates professionally
• Wants long-term opportunity and growth
• Takes ownership and solves problems without constant supervision
• Wants to be part of building a strong company culture from the ground up

What we do:
• High-quality renovations and additions
• Custom carpentry
• Residential construction
• Building science focused work
• Quality over quantity

Pay:
$35–45/hr depending on experience, leadership ability, reliability, and skill level.

Flexible structure available:
• Subcontractor
• Part-time
• Full-time

Veterans and first responders are strongly encouraged to apply.
