We sell, service, repair and maintain almost any brand of pumps, electrical controls, well/water tanks and related equipment. The purification side of our business is dedicated to the sales, service, repair and maintenance of virtually all brands of water softeners, iron removal systems, aeration systems, chlorination systems, filters, reverse osmosis systems, and the countless other components required to provide quality water for your home, office, hotel, restaurant, or other business.

We had the privilege of helping this quality restaurant and club get quality water. This system has a 24x72 10 cubic foot carbon filter and a 24x72 10 cubic foot water softener. And the Dispatcher is often the first impression that a customer has with our company. Problem-solving should come naturally to people in this position. They should be confident and have enough information to resolve customer concerns. Looking out for both the best interests of the customer and the company. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
> Manage large amounts of incoming calls
> Set service calls
> Manage a service/sales schedule for up to 10 others
> Set up sales leads
> Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
> Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
> Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
> Handle incoming customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
> Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
> Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
> Take the extra mile to engage customers
> Handle walk in customers needs by completing POS transactions
> Order items from Vendors
> Collaboration with Team members and management

Skills:
> Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
> Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
> Able to utilize computers, tablets, phones, Microsoft/Google documents, and other tools to interact with company tools, apps from outside customers, texting internal contacts, email, etc...
> Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
> Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
> Excellent communication and presentation skills
> Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
> High school degree required. Some college or Bachelors preferably.
> Strong verbal and written communication skills

We continue to grow and need men and women of integrity to come join us in our growth. This position requires both mental aptitude and physical strength. We are a water systems contractor and work with plumbing, electrical, and controls. This position will be to service, repair, replace, and install these systems. We do provide some training if you have a strong mechanical understanding of how things work, how to take things apart, and how to fix them.

Must be willing to apply your mind, work hard, be able to drive full size vans/trucks, and be willing and able to learn the GW way of doing things.

We are a smallish family business and lead our company in accord with our Christian Values. We are looking for someone looking for a long term position with our company as we continue our growth.uu

We are working on a project for a client that involves two streams of water treatment equipment to ensure this high end home always has good water quality and handle peak flow rate of 30 gpm. As part of this project, we laid out a floor plan on a software that allowed us to capture this 3D rendering of the completed system. I always am impressed when technology helps us do our job better.

UPDATE: We completed this installation last week and added the photo to this post to show the similarities. Great job GW’s team on yet another successful project completed with excellence.

It is 2019. Today we replaced a water heater made by Rheem in 1990! That’s some 29 years ago. Before the internet was even birthed. Back when cell phones where car phones, bag phones, or the size of a brick.

We are proud that we install Rheem water heater today and although each one might not last 29 years, I still believe they are the best quality tank heater on the market today.

Way to go Rheem!
