We are looking for two type of positions. 1) a team/install lead and 2) Assistant Tech/Helper/Laborer - latter we will train the right candidate. We are a small growing, family owned and operated business.

For the lead position, you MUST have experience and skills in laying out, fabricating and installing aluminum/screen enclosures and structures. If you do not have these skills/experience, please do not apply.

The ideal candidate may have his own truck and tools. We can provide a truck and/or trailer if needed. The help/assistant/laborer position requires a valid drivers license and transportation to and from work at a minimum.

Work will be outside most times in extreme (hot) weather and can be physically exhausting.

For the lead position: Compensation is piece rate/per job basis. Very competitive. Steady flow of jobs all year round. Very seldom you will have to get materials yourself; everything is setup before hand which means more production time = more income.

We start $18/hr with no experience. (For help/assistant/laborer position)

We have Workers Comp and General Liability Insurance. Pay is on payroll. This is NOT an independent contractor position.

Weekly Pay. 3 Paid Holidays per year. After 1 year you will earn 1 PTO Day per year with employment. Earn up to 15 paid days off per year after 15 years. 401K coming soon.

Must be reliable and dependable and must to quality and neat work.

We installed this custom fabricated picket rail in a pool enclosure to keep a fur baby inside and pesky visitors out.

We not only fabricate and install new enclosures, but we also repair, rescreen and modify existing enclosures like this one.

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Screener and/or Aluminum Fabricator to join our team. Experience required!! Must have Driver's License and Transportation to and from work location (shop/jobsites).

We rescreen, repair and install aluminum screen enclosures.
Pay is dependent on experience and tools/equipment/vehicle, but the ideal candidate will know how to rescreen enclosures of all kinds; perform door and general repairs and is able to work with a helper/assistant/partner and can expect a full time wage of $1,000++ depending on skills/experience/performance.
Ideal candidate has own truck and tools and can expect to earn pieces rates ranging from $1,000 to $2,000 weekly depending on performance and production .

Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation for fabrication/installations preferred
- Experience with Screening, Hardware and Fastener Repairs
- Familiarity with using power tools and hand tools for metalworking
- Competency in measuring and estimating materials
- Proficient in working with sheet metal to create components

Small Family Owned and Operated Business. Looking for someone who either has screening and aluminum experience. Must have transportation/license. Work will be outside most times in extreme (hot) weather and can be physically exhausting. Work will be W2 through payroll with Worker's Compensation. After probation period 3 paid holidays per year. Weekly Pay. Must be reliable.
