VIERA HOMEOWNERS — a community PSA we felt was worth sharing.

A class-action lawsuit filed this summer names TAMKO Building Products and Viera Builders and raises concerns about TAMKO Heritage shingles installed on certain Viera Builders homes.

The lawsuit alleges the shingles may be susceptible to premature deterioration and moisture intrusion. These are allegations and have not been proven in court. The filing also does not mean every TAMKO roof or Viera Builders home has an issue.
