We are currently upgrading our primary phone lines to better serve our 2026 project load. Since we can't pour in the rain, it's the perfect time to get our tech up to speed!

Let's talk about the "ICEBURG" of concrete because what you don't see matters most.

When you're comparing quotes for a new driveway or patio, it's easy to just look at the bottom line. But here's the truth: The concrete itself is only half the story.

What's UNDER the slab is what determines if it lasts 5 years or 25 years. This is also a huge factor for your estimate. Three people could have the same size driveway and have 3 completely different quotes. It is important to realize that an estimate is not always done by square foot or area being poured. Each project must be tailored to its environment, location, ground material, land layout, water intake, equipment access, etc.

At CCC Inc., we don't just "pour and go", we obsess over the hidden factors:

Base Prep: Getting the subgrade right determines the integrity of the rest of the project. We make sure you driveway, patio, or sidewalk won't sink in the mud.

Drainage: We make sure water flows AWAY from your foundation, not under your slab.

Reinforcement: Using the right rebar or mesh to give your concrete the 'skeleton' it needs to stay strong.

Cheap concrete is expensive in the long run. We build it right the first time.
