>4 tons of 57 stone on-top of landscape fabric under the entire deck to correct the erosion problem.
>Concrete landing pad under steps for a doormat.

☀️Look at this transformation! Complete screen porch demo and sunroom build. Thank you to everyone who trusts me to bring your vision to life! 4.5 days spent on this one. Mini-split and LVP floor coming soon to make this a new home office.

Be on the lookout for before and after photos of these two projects that the guys demo’d this week! Coming soon!

Are the bugs bothering you? Call me to screen your existing porch or to build you a porch so we can screen it! Knocked this one out in Savannah just in time for this cool weather! (Bug sweep below the door was added on after the porch was cleaned!)

10/02/2026

Removal and replacement in Savannah! Previous gutters were 21 years old! A key thing to check on existing old gutters are the little “zip” screws in the downspouts. Normally when you see them all rusted, it is a good indication that the gutter system is nearing the end of its lifespan! Not always but it should warrant a call so we can do a free inspection!

09/25/2026

DONE! Built to the stamped plans provided so not exactly how we would’ve done it but still turned out phenomal!
-8”x8” posts, 8”x10” beams, 3”x8” rafters on 42” centers with 2”x6” tongue and groove ceilings!

09/21/2026

Much needed replacement! We included one removable section for AC access.

09/18/2026

200’ of chain link removal, properly clean up, 4 trees cut and the stumps grinded down, 200’ of stockade fence installed! If it wasn’t for the rain and the dump being closed then we would’ve completed this project in 2 days! Check out the last photo to see how long the original fence was there!

🤦🏼I do not recommend these aluminum porches at all! This was a referral from our friends at Grassi Roofing so I did accept the job of replacing the header, panels and gutter. I will install one of these porches if it’s absolutely wanted but these aluminum porches are NOT in the same realm as my custom stick built porches!
