As the exterior comes together, our team continues pushing forward with work throughout the building.

Making more room for pickleball in Germantown!

We recently joined the City of Germantown for the ribbon cutting of the expanded pickleball facilities at Cameron Brown Park. The project adds two new courts, spectator seating, restrooms, and improved accessibility to better serve the park’s growing pickleball community.

Now there’s even more room to serve, volley, and settle who really runs the court.

More than a century after the Hart Building helped shape the streetscape of Downtown Memphis, GTG is hard at work helping write its next chapter. Located at 48 S. Front Street on historic Cotton Row, this building dates back to the 1800s and has stood through generations of change in the heart of the city.

After decades of vacancy, the former Hart Building is being brought back to life with plans for retail, residential, and office use. As the photo from the early 1900s shows, this property has long been part of the story of Front Street.

GTG is proud to play a role in preserving its history and giving this Downtown landmark a new purpose for generations to come.
