Happy Meet the Team Monday to Shane! As a Field Supervisor at National Economy Plumbers, Shane brings 27 years of experience with a specialty in gas heating systems and floor furnaces. He joined the company in 1999 after his brother-in-law encouraged him to apply, starting out as a helper before working his way up to a technician and into a leadership role. Known for his hands-on approach, he works closely with technicians and helpers in the field, offering guidance and ensuring every job is done right. He especially enjoys servicing older homes in Midtown and values the relationships he has built with longtime customers. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, riding four-wheelers and dirt bikes, and is a fan of Memphis Wrestling.

Happy Meet the Team Monday to Glenn! As the Service Coordinator at National Economy Plumbers, Glenn brings more than seven years of experience and a well-rounded background in the industry. A Memphis native, he joined the team in 2019 after being invited by a current employee, transitioning from a career that included building and selling property, coordinating service for a sheet metal company, owning and selling restaurants, and flipping houses. His diverse experience gives him a strong understanding of both the technical and customer service sides of the business. Outside of work, he enjoys working out and growing fruit, especially apples and peaches, and is always working toward growing the perfect peach.

Happy Meet the Team Monday to Johnny! As a Field Supervisor at National Economy Plumbers, he brings 30 years of experience and deep expertise in gas work, commercial plumbing, and complex service calls. Plumbing runs in the family, his dad worked at the company before him, and now his son is part of the team too. What he enjoys most about the job is the variety, no two days are the same, and every project brings a new challenge. Outside of work, you’ll usually find him at football games or checking out Memphis restaurants, proudly cheering on both the Ole Miss football team and the Memphis Tigers football team.
