ViktorHall Construction, LLC. ViktorHall Construction, LLC is a general contractor licensed in TN, MS and AR. ViktorHall Construction LLC, created in 2010, was formed by Thomas P. Szymanek.

Thomas started out as a residential contractor in 2004 and, at the age of 25, created TPS Construction, Inc. which focused on residential construction. In 2006, Thomas met Howard G. Hall, a retired commercial contractor who was then working as a construction inspector for IndyMac bank. Throughout his prolific career, Howard constructed over 150 hotels (including Holiday Inn’s for Kemmons Wilson),

high-rise apartment buildings, shopping malls and churches throughout the United States. Thomas expressed an interest in commercial construction, and Howard was kind enough to take him under his wing and help him get started. This eventually led to the formation of ViktorHall Construction LLC. named, as a sign of appreciation, after Thomas’ dad and Howard Hall. Since 2010, ViktorHall has completed over $120 million in projects and is bonded and licensed in Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas. By focusing on its mission of integrity, quality, and commitment, ViktorHall has quickly achieved ranking as a top contractor in the tri-state area and continues to strive to be a leader in the construction community.

The Board of Adjustment approved plans for a 49-unit apartment building in the Medical District along with plans at the historic Greyhound Station in Uptown and the former Porter Junior High School in South Memphis.

In December of 2017, Kazimiera Szymanek, became majority owner and the President of ViktorHall Construction, LLC. Thomas Szymanek is now the Operations Manager for the company.
