We’re currently seeking Crew Leaders. The Crew Leader will be responsible for executing site level tasks on client sites. The crew leader will direct the work of 2-3 other employees and ensure assigned tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the quality standards set by Bluff City Landscape and Bluff City Landscape’s clients. Crew Leaders will oversee crews working in varying services including basic maintenance, landscape installation, irrigation, seasonal color management. Will Need A Valid Driver's License. Plus Bonus Pay If Certain Criteria is Met.

The Crew Members will work directly with 2-5 other employees and ensure assigned tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the quality standards set by Bluff City Landscape and Bluff City Landscape’s clients. Crew Members work in varying services including basic maintenance, landscape installation, irrigation, seasonal color management, and chemical applications. Lawn and landscape experience is preferred.
