Complete rip out!
Removed all landscape fabric, mulch, bushes, hydrangeas you name it. Brought in 3 yards of good topsoil mixed in with some peat
Moss. 10 pounds of perennial rye grass seed for a nice full lush ish green grass.

..EXTREME HEAT WATCH IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH

THURSDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions with heat index values exceeding

105.

* WHERE...All of southeast Michigan.

* WHEN...From Tuesday afternoon through Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during

extreme heat and high humidity events.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Heat and humidity build into the region on

Monday with heat index values approaching or touching 100 degrees

for a short period. The hottest conditions are expected to be

Tuesday through at least Thursday. This multi-day stretch will see

high temperatures in the mid to upper 90s and possibly 100 degrees

across the Detroit metro urban areas. Dewpoints into the low to

mid 70s bring heat index values to around 105 degrees or greater

each day. Little relief overnight with low temperatures each night

in the low to mid 70s.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of

the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.

Do not leave young children and pets in unattended vehicles. Car

interiors will reach lethal temperatures in a matter of minutes.

Monitor the latest forecasts and warnings for updates.

Check with local emergency management officials for information on

cooling center availability.

Had a customer reach out and ask if removing stump grindings is something we offer, you betcha!

About 4 to 5 yards of stump grindings we removed, leveled it off with 2 yards of screened top soils and seeded it with some perennial rye.

Would like to make a quick announcement, a lot of people are getting flustered. Every April we do spring clean ups as usual, We work as hard and as fast as we can, we have contracts that have to be met in a timely manner. As of Monday though we will be in full swing with lawns.
