Happy Thursday! 🏠✨

It’s been an incredible week of transformation!💯We’ve wrapped up a full interior refresh, and the results are stunning😎 Here’s a look at what we accomplished:

🎨 Full Interior Paint: We started by spraying ceilings with KILZ to seal stains, meticulously repaired all dings and nail holes, and finished with a crisp, light gray eggshell wall paint paired with semi-gloss white on all trim, baseboards, and doors🤩🏡

🛠️ The Finishing Touches: Beyond paint, we handled a variety of custom installations and assemblies, including:Mounting a new 32", 50", and 65" TV setup☑️Assembling the dining room set and three additional table sets.Installing brand-new fixtures and two new toilets🚽

✨ Detail Work: To give this home a truly custom feel, we applied a beautiful lime wash to the chimney and fully refinished the tub and shower tile🛋

We are so proud of this progress and can’t wait to head back to install the final lighting fixtures! Stay tuned for the final reveal. 💡🙌

Starting with a sturdy structure using 4x4 posts (top and bottom support), we integrated 2x2 internal framing and dual plywood faces for a clean, professional finish🙌🏻Every seam was carefully caulked, primed, and coated in a sleek black and green palette.‼️To tie it all together, we matched the brick base to the building’s architecture for a cohesive, standout look😏 Adding the final touch with elegant solar end caps, we can’t wait to see the landscaping—complete with vibrant flowers—provide that final "cherry on top" to the display! ✨️🏡

It’s been a productive few days wrapping up several interior and exterior painting projects. In addition to our painting services, we are also handling pressure washing and wood replacement to get properties looking their best. We are excited to head to Leachville, Arkansas, this week to tackle a new set of projects! 🏠✨

Happy Friday! ☀️ Hope everyone is staying cool out there in this heat! 🌡️

We’ve been busy transforming this rental property! Here’s a quick look at the progress we made yesterday:

Kitchen & Entry:
We refreshed the space by installing a new kitchen faucet, adding sleek running boards at the entrance, and applying a fresh, consistent coat of paint throughout for a polished look. 🎨✨

Back Exterior:
We performed essential maintenance by replacing the door jambs and brick molding on the back door, restoring the security door with a fresh coat of paint, and refinishing the door itself. The transformation is night and day! 🚪🛠️

Carport Refresh:
We’ve been hard at work upgrading the carport by removing the old handrails, pressure washing the entire structure, and giving the trim, ceilings, and posts a crisp finish in "Shoji White." It looks cleaner, brighter, and completely refreshed. 🏡🙌
