Humphreys & Co. Builders has a new look, and name!

We've rebranded to Riverhaus | Construction & Development.

Who we are -

You guys have known us as Humphreys & Co. Builders & we’ve built our name on this branding and name. We started Humphreys & Co. in 2018 to provide custom construction services in Memphis with a focus on design, efficiency, & simply doing things differently than traditional construction companies.

2023 and Beyond -

Through years of personal growth and vision refinement, we needed to update our brand and messaging to better reflect who we are, all we have to offer, and where we are going.

And with that, we’re so excited to share with you, the new Riverhaus Construction & Development brand.

The New Logo -

Riverhaus’s colors are bold yet timeless – just like the spaces we strive to create. Our new mark signifies our aim to achieve smart growth in Memphis and beyond.

The three lines of the arrow represent the three pillars of Riverhaus: where we seek to develop consciously, make good architecture accessible, & build better. Period.

The Refined Mission -

While we continue to stand on the principles of being process oriented, design driven and building science focused, on all of our construction projects as general contractors,

We are also now on a mission to collaborate well and make good design and quality housing accessible through infill development.

Whether it be the need for home offices, the preference of walkability, or the desire to live in truly beautiful spaces,

We believe the way we live has changed, and we seek to build spaces that reflect that evolution.

After many months of planning & design, we are SUPER excited and feeling incredibly blessed to finally announce the development and construction of this Modern, Paired Townhome!

Designed in collaboration with Will Randolph & Peter Warren of , both units in this project will feature open, zoned living spaces conjoined with luxury, high-end finishes.

Each unit will measure 1,827 Sq. Ft and consists of 3 Bedrooms & 2.5 Bathrooms

These townhomes are located in a very walkable and urban-centric area in Midtown Memphis that has seen an influx in development.

Construction is set to begin December 2022, with completion set for Early Summer of 2023.

We would also like to thank our financial partners in helping get this project financed!
