At Nickson General Contractors, we are extremely grateful and humbled when Memphis trusts us with massive, historical projects. Over the course of the past few months, we have worked on the ongoing demolition of the old Commercial Appeal building.

This building is a massive piece of Memphis history, and we are excited to see this area grow in the future. As we remember the memories we've had in this building, let's look forward to this land's future as a new Regional One Hospital.

Construction is collaborative, and Nickson General wants to celebrate its collaborators. The Oteka Technologies building was created with the architectural work of Self Tucker Architects Inc. Together, Nickson General Contractors and Self Tucker Architects Inc., worked together to create this space for Oteka Technologies LLC.

We look forward to a future of community and collaboration.
