Phillips Property Solutions, LLC is looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our growing team!

Responsibilities include:

* Answering phone calls and assisting customers
* Scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars
* Managing emails, documents, and customer information
* Assisting with estimates, invoices, and project paperwork
* Providing general administrative support to our office and field team

Construction or remodeling office experience is helpful but not required. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, basic computer knowledge, and a positive, professional attitude.

💰 Pay: $15–$20 per hour based on experience
