Irrigation system ditches are being dug today on the Stoker Project. Can’t wait to see how this one turns out.

The Stokers wanted to bring color and design to the entrance to their property. There is a low lying area water travels through during storms around this tree that had vines and debris around it. Adding a retaining wall feature along with a dry creek bed and flowerbeds on each side should bring beauty and usefulness to the gateway to their property.

Day two on the Stoker project. The home owners recently had a pond dug so we were able to use those boulders to line the dry creek bed and add accents to the flowerbeds at the entry two the property.

Follow along with us over the next couple weeks as we transform what is currently an open field into a grand entry coming into the property, a fire pit for friends and family to gather around, an irrigation system, and landscaping that can be enjoyed year round.

From neglected to crystal clear.

This pond had seen better days. Years of leaves, debris, and organic buildup had left the water murky, and once we got everything cleaned out, we discovered why it wouldn’t stay full—the waterfall had a leak.

Our crew:
Removed the accumulated debris and sludge
Thoroughly cleaned the pond
Repaired the leaking waterfall
Restored proper water circulation
Brought the pond back to life with clear, healthy water

One of the most rewarding parts of what we do is taking a feature that’s been forgotten and making it something the homeowners can enjoy again.

A few pictures to share as we wrapped up the Polk County Library Project this morning.

If you haven’t stopped by in a while, we encourage you to check out everything the Polk County Library has to offer. It’s a wonderful resource right here in our community. Take the kids or grandkids. I know they’ll love the experience.

The Polk County Library is more than just a place to check out books—it’s a valuable community resource offering free internet access, educational programs, children’s activities, genealogy research, digital books, and so much more for people of all ages.

Sometimes giving back is just the right thing to do.

The Polk County Library is such an important part of our community, and when we saw their landscape beds and sidewalks needed a little attention, we were happy to spend the day helping out.

Our crew cleaned and redefined the sidewalk edges, refreshed the landscape beds, and helped restore the property to a cleaner, more welcoming appearance. Just as importantly, clearing the grass and overgrowth from the sidewalks helps create a safer walking surface for everyone who visits the library.

We’re grateful to be part of a community that supports local businesses, and whenever we can, we want to return the favor.
