Florida room floor renovations are complete! Very happy client in Glenville NY. VCT tile and mastic was removed.Cracks were injectected and filled. The floor was leveled with urethane cement and new expansion cuts were added.A 100% Polyaspartic base was applied. A full broadcast of resin flakes came next. (1/4" Stone Wash). Last a beautiful 100% Polyaspartic UV resistant top coat.

The flooring crew knocked this one out of the park. Check out the before and after shots. This floor was in need of some TLC. 500sq feet of our 1/4" flakes in " Brick Yard". Floor was ground and profiled. All necessary areas were patched. Floor was ground again. 100% Polyaspartic grey base coat. Full broadcast of flakes. 100% clear UV resistant Polyaspartic. This floor is now stain and chemical resistant. Anti skid. Mold and mildew proof. Antibacterial and antimicrobial.

Both crews working at our Target project in Wilton this chilly Saturday. Sidewalks and curb poured today. I- beams set and block is being layed over newly installed door openings.

We are certified installers for precast concrete stairs with fabricated railings. Give us a call and our residential concrete crew will take care of all the needed work. Measurements, ordering, manufacturing and installation. This project was located in Ballston Lake NY. Old stairs were removed. A new foundation and entrance slab was poured. A new set of concrete stairs ( with a safe 32 inch) top landing and rails was installed.
