Had an urgent call to replace a water heater that was leaking badly and started flooding their basement. The exhaust venting wasn't even connected which is extremely dangerous, and there was no draiin tube installed to the drain pan that would've prevented the flooding. New water heater is installed correctly and they can now sleep peacefully knowing everything is safe from toxic combustion gases and precautions are in place now!
