This retired customer wanted to upgrade her old stoop so she could sit outside with her new puppy! She wanted to be as “maintenance free” as possible, so we built her a new deck with composite boards and a white Vinyl railing. She was also on a budget so she decided to close in the bottom with treated deck boards that she’s going to stain! She got the best of both worlds and was EXTREMELY pleased with the finished product!

Not all projects are big ones. Knocked out these 2 “small projects”.

Replaced the old wood lattice on this carport with white Azek lattice and Azek trim. And added 4 new lights.

Then we swapped out this old farm house front door with a new one and trimmed it out with white Azek trim.

Summer hangout ready! New Trex picture frame style deck. Black aluminum Westbury railing with a Trex drink rail. Finished off with a matching Trex spiral stair case!

Finished up another nice siding job! Replaced the old siding with new vinyl siding. Trimmed it all out with White Azek boards. Vinyl Shake Siding in the 2 main gables. Replaced a couple entrance doors, and 2 windows. Turned out great!

This one had some great weather and went a little quicker! Installed 11 new windows, including replacing an old picture window with a nice big Bay window. Installed 2 new entry doors and 3 storm doors. Replaced the old siding with new vinyl. Finished it off with a section of Versetta Stone in the front. Coming back later on to add a lean-to over the back doors and a front porch!

Finally catching up on sharing some our winter/spring!

This big Farm house project turned out awesome. 26 windows and 4 doors reframed and wrapped, Removed and replaced all soffit, facia, vinyl siding, and trim. Took care of some roof/flashing issues. Finished it off with some super cool Versetta stone siding on the porches!

RIGGSY!! Let’s go dude! Looks like all those lunch break wrastling match Ws against Jacob are paying off!

Gavin Evans is moving on to Sectionals! He finished 2nd in his weight class and will move on to Sectionals in 2 weeks.

Komen Denault, Corbin Furar, and Trayvon Rucker all placed 4th in their classes and will be alternates for sectionals.

Congrats on a great showing fellas!

Weather was perfect for this flooring project. Swapped out the old carpet and added some fresh oak 1/4 round in 2 bedrooms, the living room, and bathroom.

Been slammed this summer so Ive been slacking on posts fo a while!

Added this white aluminum railing to this front porch we built last fall.

Happy we were able to squeeze in this giant balcony deck just in time for the warm weather. This one was a bit of an emergency addition after the customers had a new deck constructed by another contractor, and was what we will just call extremely unsafe. We deconstructed, cut some concrete patio out to remove old unsafe posts(we did salvage the 5’x5’ landing and landing) dug/poured concrete pads for new posts, and rebuilt this awesome 46’ replacement. Turned out great and is ready for pool parties. So glad we could help them out!

I enjoy a nice composite deck, but there’s just something about a fresh real wood look! 👌🏻👌🏻
