Gratitude for a Lifelong Mentor
Today, I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Richard Jacobsen, my Boy Scout leader and mentor. As a young boy new to the U.S., he taught me essential life skills, gave me confidence, and helped shape the person I am today.
After high school, when I was uncertain about my next steps, he encouraged me to pursue construction and helped me get started. His guidance became the foundation for building Nolasco Construction Group and has led to a lifelong career I am grateful for every day.
Recently, I had the opportunity to thank him in person for the incredible impact he’s had on my life. His belief in me truly changed everything.
Thank you, Mr. Jacobsen, for believing in me, investing in my future, and playing such a pivotal role in my journey. I will always be grateful.
