40 years of building more than just projects, we’ve been building relationships, memories, trust and a legacy.

Earlier this month, we had the honor of celebrating our 40th Anniversary surrounded by the people who have been part of our journey — new, current and past employees, subcontractors, clients, friends, and partners who have helped make the last four decades so special.

It was a night filled with stories, laughter, reminiscing about the old days, and celebrating how far we’ve come. From the projects and challenges that shaped us to the relationships that have stood the test of time, we’re incredibly grateful for everyone who has played a role in the Beeler story.

40 years later, we’re proud of where we’ve been, excited about where we’re going, and most thankful for the people who continue to make Beeler what it is today.

His commitment to safety, teamwork, and excellence has set the standard for generations of Beeler team members. When he's not ensuring everyone is working toward the same goals on the job, you'll find Mike fishing, boating, snowmobiling, or enjoying the best pizza at Doc's Dry Dock on Pewaukee Lake.

What a great couple of days connecting with industry partners and building relationships!

Tuesday, the beeler team enjoyed sponsoring a table at the Timber Rattlers game courtesy of NEW Manufacturing Alliance ! It was a great night greeting and networking with fans and ending the night watching the game.

Then on Wednesday, we were proud to sponsor the Waukesha County Business Alliance The Big One Golf Outing. It was a beautiful sunny day filled with meaningful conversations, new connections, and the opportunity to spend time with so many outstanding alliance members!

We always appreciate the opportunity to strengthen relationships within our industry and support the organizations that help our community thrive.

We're proud to celebrate National Intern Day by recognizing our intern, Evan O'Day!

This summer, Evan has been gaining hands-on experience with our team, learning the ins and outs of commercial construction while working alongside our talented team. From seeing projects come to life to building real-world skills, we're excited to be part of his journey.

At Beeler Construction, we believe in providing rewarding careers through our passion for building relationships, and investing in the next generation of construction professionals is an important part of that mission.

Thank you to Waukesha County Technical College for preparing students like Evan and for highlighting the value of internships. We're grateful to have him on the Beeler team!

Our team just wrapped a major mechanical upgrade at Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital, replacing two aging air handling units - one serving the Cancer Center, one serving OPCC - with a single 19,300-lb unit built to serve both floors.

The challenge: these floors house patient care areas with no room for downtime during operating hours.

So our approach:
- Staged a temporary rooftop AHU to maintain airflow while we demoed the first existing unit
- Executed 3 crane picks on a Saturday to fly in all 11 sections of the new 19,300-lb unit and get the temporary unit on and off the roof
- Performed all infrastructure shutdowns and system tie-ins during off-hours (5pm–7am), avoiding any impact to daytime patient care
- Brought the new unit online, then safely demoed the final legacy unit
