Company: Harrison Contractors LLC is seeking an experienced Superintendent for our underground utility division. This role will oversee field operations for water, sewer, storm drainage, and site prep projects.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day field operations for underground utility projects
• Manage crews, equipment, and subcontractors
• Read and interpret plans, specs, and grades
• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and municipalities
• Ensure safety compliance, production goals, and quality standards
• Handle scheduling, daily reports, and jobsite logistics
• Assist with RFIs and problem-solving in the field

Requirements:
• Strong background in underground utilities (water, sewer, storm)
• Proven leadership managing crews and multiple job sites
• Knowledge of trenching, pipe installation, grades, and compaction
• Ability to keep projects on schedule and under control
• Municipal and right-of-way experience preferred

Harrison Contractors LLC is a growing underground utility contractor based in Mentone, Alabama. We specialize in water, sewer, storm drainage, and site preparation. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in underground utility construction to manage projects from pre-construction through completion.

Responsibilities:
- Manage underground utility projects including water, sewer, stormwater, and site prep
- Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, inspectors, and municipalities
- Oversee schedules, budgets, materials, and job costs
- Read and interpret plans, profiles, and specifications
- Handle RFIs, change orders, and progress billing
- Ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met
- Communicate effectively with owners, engineers, and superintendents

Requirements:
- Strong background in underground utilities required
- Experience with water, sewer, storm drain, and earthwork/site prep
- Proven ability to manage crews and multiple projects
- Ability to read blueprints and utility profiles
- Knowledge of municipal and DOT standards preferred
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Field experience required (not an office-only position)
