Luxury vinyl is the perfect addition to any home!

For this customer, this floor was installed in just a few short days and brightened up much of their living space at the perfect time for their Christmas celebrations. Notice, as well, how this beautiful flooring was able to be laid right over their existing tile, allowing for a quicker turn around time and less pre-holiday mess!

We may not have posted in a while, but we sure have been busy! Check out this bathroom remodel we completed in Painesville a few months ago. 🚿

Replaced the shower surround with a beautiful tile shower, refinished the cabinets, added new fixtures, a new mirror, new lighting, and completed the look with a luxury vinyl floor.

We don’t have any before pictures, but the during and after show quite the transformation!

This custom-made, beautifully crafted, backboard was the perfect addition to a sports lovers’ bedroom! 🏀

With a 1:2 ratio of “the real thing” in size, this backboard was constructed of hard maple and finished with Rubio monocoat for both durability and an elegant design. It was then trimmed with more maple and painted with acrylic white paint to stand up to the wear and tear of play. To complete the perfect look, a vinyl backboard square, vinyl personalization, and a 9inch hoop we’re added!

After facing water damage in their closet, these home owners brought us in to tear out the old and bring in the new!

We customized these designed-to-fit, finished poplar wood shelves, with cut and threaded-to-fit black pipe railings and hardware.

So happy with the final outcome of this project! Between the homeowner’s beautiful vision, and our craftsmanship and expertise, the complete remodel of this bathroom turned out beautiful!

🔨 complete demolition of the old bathroom down to the stud walls
🔨 old tile surround removal and tile floor removal
🔨 relocation of the waste stack and toilet
🔨 leveling of cast iron bathtub
🔨 addition of fiberglass tub surround and replaced tub drain and old shower manifold
🔨 raised and replaced the shower head
🔨 new bathroom faucet fixtures installed, new vanity light fixture, and new sink vanity, custom-modified via metal fabrication to fit in requested space
🔨 new sub floor leveling with luxury vinyl installation in a herringbone pattern, as well as new baseboard
🔨 new door and window casement
🔨 removal of old register covers and replaced with custom-built register covers to match the interior design and customer’s vision
🔨 new exhaust fan installed and
rerouted for more energy efficiency
🔨 relocation and installation of medicine cabinet
🔨 relocation of GFI with an additional GFI protected outlet
