🚧🚨We are officially underway on this full-scale backyard transformation! 🚨🚧

Here is a sneak peek of the project that will soon feature a new pergola, seatwall, renovated stoop, fresh patios, landscape lighting, and new plantings 🪏🌳 🧱

Shoutout to our incredible crew working hard on the “behind the scenes” work. A flawless finish isn’t possible without the precision work on details such as proper footings, compacted gravel bases, and subterranean drainage systems.

Stay tuned! Finished pics coming soon! 📸🤩

🛑🐰 The rabbits are out and they are hungry! While nothing is 100% guaranteed, you don’t have to let floppy-eared intruders turn your beautiful landscape into an all-you-can-eat buffet. 🥬🚫 Here are 3 simple ways to protect your plants:

🛑 1. Physical Barriers (Your Best Defense): Install hardware cloth (wire mesh) or tight-mesh fencing around young tree trunks and vulnerable garden beds. Make sure to bury the bottom a few inches underground so they can’t dig underneath!

👃 2. Scents & Repellents: Rabbits have highly sensitive noses. Look for garden-safe sprays with garlic, hot pepper extract, or putrefied tree oils. You can also make a quick DIY spray with water, cayenne pepper, and a drop of dish soap to help it stick to leaves. (Remember to reapply after it rains!)

🌱 3. Smart Plant Selection: Stop the problem before it starts by choosing plants rabbits naturally dislike—like strong-smelling herbs (lavender, rosemary), fuzzy textures, or prickly foliage.

What’s your go-to trick for keeping pests out of the garden?

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice allows us the freedom to live, work, and enjoy the beauty of our world every day.

This weekend as we spend time outdoors with family and friends, we remember that our freedom was earned by heroes who will never be forgotten.

We honor them all today and always 🇺🇸
