Matt already knew our work. We put the roof on when the house was built, so when a stain showed up in a bedroom after a heavy rain, we were the first call. He could not tell where the water was getting in. Will came out to have a look, ran a water test with him, found the source of the leak, and temporarily sealed it. Then we came back to fix the issue properly.

Mary's roof came with a few extra layers of complexity, both figuratively and literally. Located near Boise High downtown, the project meant working with street parking restrictions and waiting until the school year ended before scheduling any work. Underneath, the roof had multiple layers, including old wood shake, so Andrew and Chris had to fly a drone to properly inspect the second story.
Once everything was ready, the crew tore off the old layers, installed new OSB decking over the original skip sheeting, and built the roof back with fresh O'Hagin intake vents alongside standard exhaust vents for balanced attic airflow.

Marty already knew our work from a previous roof on the house. This time a tree came down on the shed and knocked shingles loose. Will made sure to match the color board exactly to the existing shingles, tied the repair cleanly into the surrounding roof, and even checked for exposed nail heads before calling it done. Hail damage across the west and south facing sides of Bridget and John's roof led to a full replacement, and the whole process, from filing the insurance claim to the final walkthrough, went smoother than expected.
Ben coordinated closely with their insurance company to structure the project around the payout, while Emanuel led the crew on site, even running out to grab extra ridge material himself when a delivery came up short, so nothing held up the schedule.

Alex inspected his 8-year-old roof and found no shingle damage, but did catch two pipe flashings where the gaskets had worn down over time. Rather than treat that as an opportunity to sell more than was needed, he let Mike know his roof was still holding up strong and just needed those two flashings replaced.
