Hurricane Isaias left quite a few trees on the ground across southern Alabama, especially in the southwest part of the state.
If you've got timberland in the area, you may be wondering what to do next.
First things first. Take some pictures, look over the damage, and don't rush into selling timber just because a few trees are down.
Some trees may need to be salvaged sooner rather than later. Others may be just fine. That's where having a forester take a look can make a big difference.
